Simplicity

“Simple living and high thinking.”

think about this. Rethink whenever you find leisure.

This is a great thing to remember.

Many people complicate their lives unknowingly and unnecessarily then
they realize that they have done a mistake and they cannot go back to
the beginning of their life and start afresh.

They feel sorry but it is “TOO LATE”.

Think about the life of most celebrities all over the world and in
past.

In the end they achieve name fame and lot of wealth but they surely
realize in the end “What are those most precious things and gifts of
GOD they lost.

Think it yourself and see the results you get when you go deeper in
this truth.

Aware of this my dear friends.

God bless you all through your life.

thought system and body

Following are my observations which may help you to explore the unknown world within and without the human body.

As there are 3 states of the mind, there are also 3 states in the body which can be correspondingly related.

1. voluntary organs

hands, legs, eye lids and other which can function or can be moved according to your will. they cannot move or function independently on their own in normal individuals.

2. involuntary organs

heart, liver, kidney etc. which are not at all in your control. they function independently on their own.

3. both voluntary and involuntary organs.

there are another type of organs which you can make them move or function as you wish. but when you do not control them or forget about them, they function independently.

Lungs are the only organs you know at present which comes under this type.

three states of mind

three important states of mind.

try to analyze.

1. thinking (voluntarily)

2. thoughts coming to mind (involuntarily)

3. blank (a. can be made blank voluntarily, 2. some times between the thoughts, mind itself becomes blank)

Known and Unknown

In the human life.......

from 'birth' till 'death' we know something atleast

but

from death to birth it a mistery and we donot have definite information.

So, instead of wasting life, time and energy to know about the unknown
it is better try to know about the life present before and around us.

To do this I think it is better to study biographies of different
persons of different lifestyles of all times whether they are good or
bad.

by doing so you will come to know many deep secrets of human mind.

Concept of Time

Did you ever think of time and its real nature.
What is time ?

Time is nothing but a change.
See the river is flowing. You say that the river is there since a
long but in reality the water is flowing continuously. That means the
water now flowing is not that same water a minute ago, and after a
minute the water is not the same again.

Think of this.

As this example the time also flows continuously and never returns
back again. While we are taking the 'present' as standard and
referring the future and past from this point, but this 'present'
becomes past, and the future becomes present, and so on changing
continuously like a flowing river.

We are taking a piece of that change and standardizing it as a unit
of time for practical purposes (say an 'hour'). But this may not hold
good when we leave this earth and go to the 'space' far away from
our 'solar system'.

So time is an imaginary, comparative change. In fact there is no such
thing as time. This may be referred to as 'fourth dimension'
.

1. Blank Meditation

In this type of meditation you try to blank the mind by slowly eliminating the thoughts that naturally intrude and crowd upon the mind.

This state of mind is called 'Alfa state' because it is said, that during this state your brain waves are measured in the Encephalogramme as Alfa level of frequencies.

Sit in a meditation posture. That should be both steady and comfortable.

Then slowly empty the mind by eleminating the thoughts taking care not allowing them to creap again. But you should be cautious not to allow stress to do this. Practice regularly for 'half an hour', for some time. It depends upon the progress you make.

Try it. It may help you.

This will improve your memory and health. Sure.

Three types of Meditation

Though there are many ways and types I found only FOUR main types of Meditations.
But only first three is very important and regularly needed. The fourth one is needed to solve a problem if you have any. So you must avoid the last meditation because it also consumes your stored energy for solving your particular problem on which you are meditating.

1. Blank meditation.
2. Going to past.
3. Free the mind.
4. Projection of thought to make it happen for the Good.

I will try to explain each one in coming posts.

wait and see.

Time concept

http://mindandsupermind.blogspot.com/

Before you are born billions and billions of years passed away since the creation.

After your life billions and billions of years are yet to come in the future.

We refer to time relatively with reference to our present life.

Compare the supposed full of an individual life say (100 years) to the above said time of the full creation of nature.

If you start imagining what a tiny micro unit is the life of the man you may say.

Think about the concept of time in your own way and you wonder why we are so serious and careful about trifles in our day to day life.

For the progress in your meditation and 'Sadhana' you need all these things to be clarified in your mind 'the main thing'.
